Kelly Brown Yoga

START HERE

Your first session, step by step.

New to yoga, or new to Kelly? Here’s what happens from the first hello to the moment you step onto the mat.

A yoga mat beside plants and a sunlit window.

From hello to the mat.

1

Say hello

Tell Kelly what you’re interested in: private yoga, an event or a themed session.

2

Share a few details

Your experience, any preferred dates, and where you’d like to practise. For an event, add your group size and the occasion.

3

Agree the details

Kelly confirms the session, availability and price with you before anything is booked.

4

Show up as you are

Wear something comfortable, bring water and arrive with a little curiosity. That’s all it takes.

What to bring.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in
  • A bottle of water
  • Your own mat, if you have one. If you don’t, mention it when you get in touch.
  • Any music or theme you’d love to include

First-session questions.

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

No. Flexibility comes from practice, not before it. Kelly works with where you are today and adjusts each movement to suit you.

Is yoga with Kelly suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Kelly teaches all levels, and a first session is paced around your experience. Tell her you’re new when you get in touch.

How do I find out the price?

Kelly confirms the price once she knows the type of session, your preferred date, the location and, for events, the group size. You agree it before booking.

Can I include music or a theme in my first session?

Yes. Music and nature are part of how Kelly teaches. Mention a playlist or theme you’d enjoy and she’ll talk it through with you.

No perfect words needed.

A simple hello is a lovely place to start.
