## From Costa Rica to the everyday.

I completed my 200-hour yoga certification in Costa Rica in early 2024. That experience became a starting point for sharing a practice shaped by the things I love: movement, electronic music, nature, and our connection to the wider world.

Today I’m based in Charlotte, and I hold two 200-hour certifications. I work with individuals and groups, bringing a thoughtful, personal approach to each session.

## What shapes my teaching.

Four things I bring onto the mat, in some mix, every time.

### Electronic music

A playlist that sets the pace. Music turns a practice into an experience you remember.

### Nature

The outdoors is where I feel most at home, and it shows up in the way I teach movement and breath.

### Astrology

A light, curious look at the cosmos and our place in it. A theme to explore, never a rulebook.

### Travel

Training in Costa Rica opened up how I think about practice. I bring that openness to every class.

Some days, movement is what you come for. Other days, it’s a pause in the middle of everything else. There is room for both.
